Federally compliant hemp-derived THC

FLOW is made with hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, produced from federally compliant hemp containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight under the 2018 Farm Bill. While Flow is federally compliant, individual states regulate hemp-derived THC differently. We do not ship Flow to states where hemp-derived THC products are restricted.

Cannabinoid Disclosure

All products are derived from federally compliant hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Cannabinoid levels may vary slightly from batch to batch. Independent third-party laboratory testing is conducted for each batch, and results are available via the Certificate of Analysis (COA). FLOW contains psychoactive Delta-9 THC and will produce intoxicating effects. Use responsibly. Not for use by individuals under 21, pregnant or nursing individuals, or those subject to drug testing.

Many full-spectrum products contain THC as part of a larger cannabinoid mix, where the THC content and overall experience are tied to the extract and cannot be easily adjusted. If you want more THC in your routine, you have to take more of the entire blend — getting more of every other cannabinoid along with it.

Combinations to approach with caution

FLOW + Full Spectrum products (SYNERGY or RECOVER) — These products already contain THC. Combining them with FLOW means stacking THC on top of THC. Possible for very experienced users who want maximum intensity, but easy to overdo. Start with very small amounts of each, and only after you know your individual tolerance.

THC-containing products are psychoactive and may not be appropriate for everyone. Individual responses vary significantly based on body weight, tolerance, time of day, food intake, and other factors. Start low (0.25–0.5mL) and adjust gradually.

Will FLOW make me feel high?

Yes. FLOW contains 100mg of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC and is psychoactive. Effects are similar to other Delta-9 THC products, with intensity depending on dose, individual tolerance, and other factors.

What is hemp-derived Delta-9 THC?

Hemp-derived Delta-9 THC is the same molecule as the Delta-9 THC found in marijuana — but extracted from federally compliant hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill. Hemp is legally defined as cannabis containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. By concentrating THC from compliant hemp into a finished product like FLOW, we create a federally legal Delta-9 THC tincture.

How is FLOW different from other THC products?

FLOW is standalone Delta-9 THC — no other cannabinoids in the formulation. Most THC products are full-spectrum (containing THC alongside CBD, CBG, terpenes, and other cannabinoids in fixed ratios). FLOW gives you THC on its own, which makes it easier to:

How much THC should I take?

This depends entirely on your tolerance and experience:

• New to THC tinctures: Start with 0.25–0.5mL (~1–1.5mg)
• Some experience: 0.5–1mL (~1.5–3mg) is typical
• Experienced: 1–3mL (~3–10mg) depending on goals

Wait at least 90 minutes before considering a second dose. Sublingual THC takes time to peak, and dose-stacking too early is the most common cause of uncomfortable experiences.

Will FLOW affect a drug test?

Yes. FLOW contains hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, which is the same molecule that drug tests detect. Anyone subject to drug testing should not use FLOW.

How long do effects last?

Sublingual THC tinctures typically peak around 1.5–3 hours after ingestion and last 4–8 hours total, depending on dose, body weight, food intake, and individual metabolism. Effects from a tincture last longer than smoked or vaped THC but come on more gradually.

How long does it take to feel effects?

Sublingual absorption (under the tongue) typically produces noticeable effects within 30–90 minutes. Taking FLOW with food may delay onset further. Smoked or vaped THC works in minutes; FLOW takes longer because it's processed through both sublingual absorption and digestion.

Is FLOW the same as full-spectrum products?

No. Full-spectrum tinctures like SYNERGY or RECOVER contain THC as part of a fixed cannabinoid blend with CBD, CBG, and other compounds. FLOW provides THC on its own — designed for users who want precise, flexible control over their THC intake without other cannabinoids in the mix.

Who is FLOW intended for?

Is FLOW USDA Certified Organic?

No. While most Mellow Moose tinctures are USDA Certified Organic, FLOW is one exception — the THCA isolate used to formulate Delta-9 THC is not currently approved as an input for USDA organic processing. FLOW still uses USDA Organic MCT oil as its carrier, and every batch is third-party tested for potency, safety, and compliance.
