All Sales Are Final
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. Once an order is shipped, the sale is considered final.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@mellowmoose.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include detailed information and photos of the issue including of the shipping box. After evaluation, we'll promptly offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mellowmoose.shop. We’ll do our best to cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible once your order is in transit.
