How quickly will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility. Allow 24 hours for tracking details to update.
What shipping options do you offer?
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100 (3–7 business days)
- Standard shipping for orders under $100 (calculated at checkout, 3–7 business days)

Do you ship internationally or to all U.S. states?
We currently ship only within the United States. Due to state regulations, we cannot ship CBD products to these states:
- Idaho
- Iowa
- South Dakota
Will I get tracking details?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Is my order insured?
Yes! Every order is fully insured by us. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us right away, and we’ll immediately replace it at no cost.
I made a mistake with my address or order. Can I change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update your information. Reach out immediately to hello@mellowmoose.shop. Once your order has shipped, we can't change the details, but we’ll work with you to resolve any issues.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, please contact us at hello@mellowmoose.shop and we'll promptly investigate the issue.
Why didn't my USPS Priority Mail 2-Day shipment arrive in two days?
Please note: USPS Priority Mail timelines are estimates, not guarantees. While most arrive promptly, delivery occasionally may take slightly longer due to USPS delays.
