    General dosing ranges by cannabinoid

    Rough starting ranges by body weight for each cannabinoid, independent of any product. These mirror the weight-based ranges in the calculator above — use it to convert a dose into mL and drops for a specific tincture. For multi-cannabinoid blends, pick the blend in the calculator instead.

    Cannabinoid Low tolerance High tolerance

    General guidance only, not medical advice — individual response varies with metabolism, tolerance, and other factors. Ranges scale linearly from a 150 lb adult reference and match the weight-based ranges used in our dosage calculator. "Low tolerance" is the sensible starting point for most people. Start low and wait before taking more (60–90 minutes for non-intoxicating cannabinoids; a full 2 hours for THC). You can always take more next time — you can't undo a dose.
