3. Product Accuracy:
   We strive for accuracy, but product details, descriptions, or images on our website may sometimes contain minor errors. Actual products may vary slightly from the images shown.

4. Shipping Insurance & Order Issues:
   Every order is insured by us at no extra cost. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@mellowmoose.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the shipping box, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund after review. If your package is lost in transit (tracking has not updated in 5 business days), contact us and we will investigate and replace it at no charge. 5. Cancellations:
   If you need to cancel your order, reach out as soon as possible. We’ll accommodate cancellations if your order hasn't already shipped.

6. Governing Law:
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes are subject exclusively to the courts in Linn County, Oregon.
