Unlike extracts that are refined through multiple downstream steps, our CBD isolate is produced using a proprietary, solventless, water-only extraction process that skips crude oil and distillation entirely. This allows us to create our isolate directly from biomass.

Cannabinoid Disclosure

All products are derived from federally compliant hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Cannabinoid levels may vary slightly from batch to batch. Independent third-party laboratory testing is conducted for each batch, and results are available via the Certificate of Analysis (COA). Even when laboratory testing indicates non-detectable levels of Delta-9 THC, trace cannabinoids may still be present. We cannot guarantee that use of this product will not result in a positive drug test.

Most cannabinoid isolates are produced through a long, solvent-heavy process. Typically, solvents such as ethanol or hydrocarbon gases are used to extract a crude oil from hemp flower. That crude oil is then filtered, refined, and distilled into a distillate. From there, additional chemical solvents are introduced during a crystallization step to force cannabinoids to separate and crystallize.

The result may be an isolate, but the path to get there involves multiple solvents, repeated processing steps, and significant chemical handling.

Solventless, water-based extraction

We produce our isolates using a patented, water-based extraction method. Instead of starting with crude oil and distillate, we work directly with hemp biomass — separating cannabinoids using water instead of chemical solvents, hydrocarbons, or crystallization agents.

The cannabinoid-rich solution is then passed through progressively finer micron filtration to remove plant material and impurities. The water is gently removed under vacuum, leaving behind a pure cannabinoid material with a soft, off-white color similar to unbleached flour.

Wiped-film distillation for clarity

To finish, we polish the material using a wiped-film distillation system — a precision low-vacuum process that gently removes the small amount of remaining color. The result is a pure white isolate, achieved without bleaches, solvents, or chemical whiteners.

What's remarkable: this polishing step changes the appearance dramatically, but the cannabinoid potency stays virtually unchanged. The purity is already there before we ever touch the color.

Crystallizes naturally — no chemical assistance

Fresh from distillation, the material flows like warm honey. Left undisturbed, it crystallizes on its own within 12 to 48 hours into solid, high-purity isolate — no crystallization solvents required, no chemical triggers needed.

This is one of the clearest signs of a truly pure isolate: when cannabinoids are clean enough, they want to crystallize on their own. Most conventional isolates can't do this without chemical assistance.

Once crystallized, we break the material from its trays, mill it to a uniform consistency, and pass it through mechanical sifting screens to ensure a fine, free-flowing powder ready for use.

Dosage guidance

CBD Isolate is highly concentrated. We recommend starting with a small amount — typically 5–25mg — and adjusting based on personal response. A standard kitchen scale that measures to 0.01g (10mg) is the most reliable way to dose accurately.

For reference: 1 gram of ≥97% CBD Isolate contains approximately 970mg of CBD.

Working with isolate

CBD Isolate dissolves easily in fats and oils but does not dissolve in water. To incorporate it into a recipe or formulation:

• For oils and fats: gently warm the carrier (coconut oil, butter, MCT) to 140–180°F and stir in the isolate until fully dissolved.
• For beverages: mix into a fat-containing component first (cream, milk, oil-based syrup) before adding to the drink.
• For topicals: combine with the oil phase of your formulation during the warming stage.

Storage

Store in a cool, dark, dry place in a sealed container. Unlike finished products that degrade as carrier oils oxidize, pure CBD Isolate is exceptionally shelf-stable — when properly stored, it maintains its potency for years. Slight reductions in CBD content (typically a few percentage points) may occur over very long storage periods, but the material itself remains stable and effective.

CBD Isolate is one of the easiest cannabinoid ingredients to work with at home. Because it's flavor-neutral and highly concentrated, you can build custom tinctures, topicals, and infused recipes with full control over potency and ingredients.

Quick start: Custom CBD tincture

A simple 30mL tincture at approximately 1000mg total CBD:

Ingredients:

• 1 gram CBD Isolate (≥97% purity)
• 30 mL (1 oz) carrier oil — MCT, hemp seed, or olive

Method:

1. Gently warm carrier oil to 140–180°F (do not boil).
2. Slowly stir in CBD Isolate until fully dissolved (1–2 minutes).
3. Remove from heat, transfer to a dropper bottle, and store in a cool, dark place.

This makes roughly 30 doses at ~33mg per 1mL serving.

Does this contain THC?

No detectable THC. Our CBD Isolate is produced and tested to non-detect (<LOQ) levels of Delta-9 THC across every batch. Trace cannabinoids may be present at levels below laboratory quantification limits. We cannot guarantee a negative drug test.

Is this the same as distillate?

No. Distillate is produced from crude hemp oil and contains a mix of cannabinoids, terpenes, and residual plant compounds. Our CBD Isolate is ≥97% pure cannabidiol — a single-cannabinoid crystalline powder with no other cannabinoids, terpenes, or plant material.

How is your CBD Isolate different from typical market CBD isolate?
