1. Overview
Create content, earn points, and finish in the top three to win cash + gift cards. Highest point total at 11:59 PM PT on the final day wins.
Prizes
• 1st – $1000 cash + $250 Mellow Moose gift card
• 2nd – $ 250 cash + $150 gift card
• 3rd – $ 100 cash + $100 gift card
2. Eligibility
• At least 1,000 followers on Instagram
• U.S. residents, age 21 +
• Imagery allowed: pets, recipes, wellness, lifestyle (hemp/CBD use okay)
• Not allowed: under-age use, explicit drug-treatment claims, hate speech, nudity, illegal activity

Commission details
Each sale made with your code earns $10 per unit. Commissions are paid in one lump sum alongside contest prizes.

• Unboxing Reel – 40 pts
• Product demo / review – 35 pts
• Static carousel photo(s) – 20 pts
• Story mention (24 h) – 10 pts (max 1 per day)
• Early-bird bonus – first post within 72 h of delivery – +15 pts
Tag & Hashtag Bonuses
• Tag @mellowmoose.shop (caption + media) – +10 pts
• Use #MoveTheMoose – +10 pts
Engage WITH Mellow Moose Posts
• Like one of our posts – +10 pts
• Leave a genuine comment – +20 pts
• Share our post to your Story – +5 pts (max 1 per post)
Audience-Engagement (on your own post)
• Every 1,000 views – +10 pts (max +50)
• Every 100 likes – +10 pts (max +20)
• Every 10 comments – +10 pts (max +30)
Affiliate Bonus
• Each sale made with your code – 50 pts (no cap) + $10 commission per unit
5. Submission & Tracking
• Log every post via the Google Form
• Point totals emailed each Monday
• Leaderboard published at contest end
• Cash prizes and affiliate commissions paid together within 14 days of winner announcement

7. Future Rounds
We intend to launch new contests every few months. Keep your kit and re-enter next time.
8. Rights & Conduct
By participating you grant Mellow Moose an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to save, reuse, repost, and adapt your submitted content in perpetuity, without further compensation beyond contest rewards and commissions. Hate speech, nudity, illegal activity, or fraudulent engagement = disqualification.
9. Winner Announcement & Payouts
Winners announced Sept 16th 2025 via email and on our @mellowmoose.shop instagram.
Cash prizes and affiliate commissions paid via PayPal or ACH within 14 days of announcement; gift cards issued as store credit.
10. Legal & Disclaimers
• Follow FTC guidelines (#ad, branded-content tag).
• Gift cards hold no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Participants are responsible for any taxes on prizes or commissions.
• Mellow Moose may adjust rules, dates, or disqualify entries for non-compliance.
